Mr Yauhen Horowik is a senior renewable energy expert. He gained a large experience in project development, and acquisition but also construction management of solar and hydro projects in central and eastern European countries.

He holds a degree in Electrical Power Engineering from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University.
