Participation in the Georgian Energy Sector Reform Programme (GESRP) an EU-funded project providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development on the development of a legal framework in the Energy Efficiency and Renewable sector and the implementation of power market reforms. Among many other tasks, MES contributes to the technical and legal drafting of secondary legislation stemming from the laws of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency in Buildings, participates in the development of strategy papers, and organizes capacity-building and awareness-building campaigns for stakeholders and the community.
