Ms. Zhvania is based in Tbilisi, Georgia and supports the implementation of the Georgian Energy Sector Reform (GESRP).

Prior to joining MES, Medea worked for several local and international organizations. Her professional experience includes the preparation and delivery of foreign government-funded programs. She is skilled in analytics, strategizing and leading cross-functional teams.

Medea holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and is currently a Master’s student in GenderStudies at Tbilisi State University. She also volunteers at a European network of women’s rights organizations, based in Belgium, to promote feminist economic justice across Europe and the Global South.
